Few days ago, my friend has introduced a blog to me. This blog made by CU students, she creates software to convert 0X number to 08X and vice versa for any smartphone. I have tested with my Sony Ericsson P900 and it works well.

However, please be awared that you may not send sms to some 10 digits number til this November.

Yeah, it’s quite a useful little program for those with a smartphone. However, those who own ordinary and simple phone could only use sim-to-phone transfer and vice versa to get all “8″ in place. I don’t dare change some hundreds contacts manually.
